One of NEP’s many specialties is to make products as environmentally friendly as possible already during the design phase.
Our consults have solid RoHS experience – the EU directive that prohibits/limits the use of heavy metals and flame retardants in electronic manufacturing, also WEEE (EU’s electronics waste directive).
Of course, we are also constantly updated about changes in Swedish and European environmental legislation – and what requirements laws and practices put on you as a product owner and/or producer.
We at NEP also regularly work on analyzing the environmental impact of products on behalf of our customers; How environmental considerations relate to component selection, manufacturing method and manufacturing site versus necessary logistics, transportation and final market area.
